Sepp Stoner

Born in Texas, Chef Sepp Stoner graduated with a degree in Culinary Arts from the University of South Carolina in 2006 and soon began his culinary career as a Line Cook at The Alpenrose in Germany. Since then, Sepp has worked in a multitude of restaurants across the East Coast including Arlington Club in New York City, David Burke Kitchen in New York City, High Cotton Maverick Group in South Carolina and Peninsula Grill/Planters Inn in South Carolina eventually landing the Executive Chef position at Ralph Lauren’ Polo Bar in New York City. As the Executive Chef at the Polo Bar, Sepp developed American comfort food menu items and daily specials for the casual yet refined restaurant inspired by Ralph Lauren himself.
