Describe your style of cooking:
My foundation of cooking is influenced by a variety of regions being respectful of culture. It is reminiscent of New American with an emphasis on French technique.

What are your favorite memories in the kitchen?
Of the many influential, memorable moments I have had in the kitchen in my adolescence, there are two scenarios that stand out in my mind: preparing homemade jam with my mother and frying fish with my grandmother.

What are your strengths/secret weapons?
My strengths include my creativity within dishes, resourcefulness amongst non-traditional ingredients, ability to stay calm under pressure, and strong leadership to my hardworking kitchen team.
